About The Company
A direct subsidiary of F Holdings Corporation, Japan and was officially established in September 2011. In addition to the head office in Jakarta, PT F Indonesia also has branch offices in Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Makassar. At present, PT F Indonesia has eight (8) business units consisting of the Electronic Imaging division (cameras and lenses), the P h o t o Imaging division (p h o t o printing machines, p h o t o paper and Instax), Graphic Systems division (digital printing and offset machines), Medical Systems division (medical devices), Industrial Products division (Prescale and NDT), Recording Media division (LTO data storage), Optical Devices division (lenses and projector) and Life Science division (ASTALIFT skincare).
Key Responsibilities, • Manage and take responsibility in General HR function • Review and revise HR function, determine, monitor, and enforce policy • Performing Job Analysis, competency setting, performance appraisal, salary structure and salary • Benchmarking to design compensation and benefit scheme • Advise to management regarding Organizational & talent development • Ensure that HR process including performance management system are aligned with current emerging business.
Key Requirements, • Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA, Psychology, or others • 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development or Human Resources Architecture • Holding any professional certification in Human Resources, such as CHRM, Professional Coach Certification, or others • Has a good work experiences in a sales, distribution/principal company, or any • Has implemented strategic projects in HR, such organization development, talent management, personal grade job grade, restructuring including salary adjustment, developed attractive incentive or bonus program for sales team • Not only good in regulation, but also has good business or sales sense.
