About The HR COE Manager Role

Reporting to the HR Director, you will responsible for planning and implementation of new policies and processes within HR Centre of Excellence (COE) area includes Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HRIS, talent management and performance management
• Initiate employer branding strategy
• Plan and implement employee on-boarding, employee engagement and retention strategy
• Drive compensation benefit strategy and implementation includes salary benchmarking and salary grading

To succeed in the HR COE Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements

• Fluent in speaking and writing Bahasa and English
• A minimum of five years of work experience in HR functions includes compensation benefit and talent management
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology and/or other relevant field
• Proven track record at a managerial level leading HR COE
• Excellent analytical-thinking, relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiar with HRIS
