• Maintain quality in terms of Data Integrity
• Reporting Analysis Provide database to HRBP, People Analytics & Other Key Stakeholder from HR Department
• Data Compliance with Audit SOX report
• Alignment with HRBP, CB & Payroll related to data changes review Workflow & as a planner to review business processes more effectively & efficiently
• Maintain database accuracy in a timely manner
• Maintain & manage Database from each System both SAP Success Factor & GUI

Requirement

• Knowledge of database maintenance & Personnel Management Maintenance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (SAP Preferable)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
• Ability to demonstrate and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
• Thorough understanding of database construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management is required.
• Minimum +7 years of experience maintaining data management & HRIS Systems.
