About The Company
Our client is a well established global MNC medical device company who is looking to grow their business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities

• Ability to assesses market competition
• Obtains product market share by working with sales managers to develop product sales strategies.
• Strategize marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
• Ability to manage new product development, launch campaigns and managing distribution channels for products
• Ability to do research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
• Develop marketing plans and activities for company products.
• Provide marketing management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, supply chain, regulatory and quality and government affairs when needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in Healthcare industry
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related field
• Possess a solid understanding of healthcare industry
