Product Marketing Manager – Hts

Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of market developments and competitive activities in order to maximize business opportunities
• Studies the market and identifies new opportunities for both product and distribution
• Work closely with Sales and the whole Marketing Teams to ensure proper implementation of Marketing Plan and achievement of company sales targets
• Establishes marketing strategy to support achievement of company sales, profitability and market share objectives of the products
• Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the Strategic Business Unit which will result in sustainable profitability and long-term market share growth
• Plans and implements all new product launches in the scope
• Develops, executes and controls Marketing Plans and Programs, both short and long term, to meet company objectives in a cost-efficient manner

Requirements:

• Advanced MS Office Skills to independently manage information and develop presentations
• Demonstrates strategic planning & Project management, & product development
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Graduate of any engineering, marketing or business management course
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in a reputable company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in the Hardware/Consumer Durables industry serving both modern and traditional retail channels is preferred
