Associate Product Manager - Enterprise Solution

What Will You Do

• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
• Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
• Launch product improvements on a regular basis, including improving the customer conversion funnel
• Deliver a solid process optimization and working hours reduction through technology
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on short-medium-long term product goals for all stakeholders
• Measure key metrics that inform the success of products and our customer business
• Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress

What Will You Need

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Have experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Understanding of product management and also project management
• Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress
• At least 1 year of experience handling product/experience as an intern in a Product Management role
• Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
