IT Solution Manager is responsible for the Philip Morris International end-to-end process on facing web properties externally. The accountabilities span across complete lifecycle of web solutions and involve stakeholder management, planning, delivery, platform operations, controls and continuous improvements executions.

Your “day to day”

• Collaboration with other IT platforms for a joint business value delivery
• Ensure solution delivery is aligned with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices – especially for solution delivered by 3rd party
• Establish and maintain strong business partnership in driving technology roadmaps
• Deliver the agreed solution and scope through a prioritized backlog and intense collaboration with the scrum team
• Build a solution vision and roadmap that supports business strategies; clearly articulating the expected business outcomes, timelines and accountabilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert within the organization and as the primary point of contact for the business team

Who we’re looking for...

• 3+ years of IT Professional experience in Solution Management, Project Management, Product Management or Service Management area
• Hands-on experience in one of the front-end web technologies HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (i.e., React.js)
• Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s – in an IT and/or related business area
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end website delivery process
• Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is a plus
• Working knowledge of server-side technologies Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, etc.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
