- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and enhance sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of Hospitality and Service industry is a plus.
