Responsibilities:

• Ensure solution delivery is aligned with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and practices – especially for solution delivered by 3rd party.
• Build a solution vision and roadmap that supports business strategies; clearly articulating the expected business outcomes, timelines, and accountabilities.
• Establish and maintain strong business partnership in driving technology roadmaps.
• Deliver the agreed solution and scope through a prioritized backlog and intense collaboration with the scrum team.
• Serve as the subject matter expert within the organization and as the primary point of contact for the business team.
• Collaboration with other IT platforms for a joint business value delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s – in an IT and/or related business area
• Working knowledge of server-side technologies Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, etc.
• Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end website delivery process
• Hands-on experience in one of the front-end web technologies HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (i.e., React.js)
• Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is a plus.
• 3+ years of IT Professional experience in Solution Management, Project Management, Product Management or Service Management area
