About the Lead Solution Architect (.Net, Golang, WFO Jakarta) Role:

You will be joining a highly passionate tech team who have strong interest in developing technology in transportation industry. This is a WFO arrangement in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate outages or degradations in stability or performance
• Lead and prepare enterprise solutions including architecture, high level impact analysis, sizing and pricing for cloud environment
• Effectively and objectively research new software technology concepts and tools and make recommendations to IT leaders
• Lead and prepare roadmap for technology, architecture, and development standard, aligned with product roadmap
• Perform complex systems analysis and design activities, spanning multiple features, products, or teams within a product line, including extensive research and proof-of-concept development
• Ensure infrastructure, system, and architectural documents are accurate and up to date
• Lead team and provide mentoring and training to other team members and architects on technologies and processes; drive education and knowledge transfer of design patterns, technical best practices, and relevant technologies and tools
• Set design conventions and standards related to: Domain Driven Design, Messaging Architecture, Software Patterns (Unit-of-Work, Dependency Injection, Inversion of Control, others), Unit Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
• Lead and conduct technical presentations & discussion covering business and technical with stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Resolve conflict in the area of software architecture
• Perform architectural review to all development team and changes impact on architecture, and evaluations of new technologies and third-party solutions and participate in build versus buy decisions

To succeed in this Lead Solution Architect (.Net, Golang, WFO Jakarta) role, you must have experience in leading a team and designing system.

Key Requirements

• Degree/Masters and above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Senior-level experience in microservices; software design, development, testing, supporting applications and database-related experience.
• Ability to work in abstractions at design and code level
• Have experience and good knowledge of Linux, .Net, Golang, gRPC, ReST/JSON, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Memcached, and Redis
• Expert in High Availability concept and practical implementations
• Experience in developing application, including backend, mobile, web, full stack applications
• Expert knowledge in more than 1 Enterprise Architecture frameworks
• Minimum 10 years of experience as IT development, working in a team environment, five years of experience as IT Solution Architect, three years of experience mentoring others as a Leadership, three years of experience developing microservices applications and f years of experience developing monolithic applications
• Expert knowledge of software architecture, security concepts and best practices, database design and architecture
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, enterprise application patterns, pattern-oriented software architecture, gang of four and/or other patterns catalogues
