We are seeking to engage a Risk Manager to join our Advisory team. You will be working closely with Project teams to develop a robust risk management culture for our major projects across the East Asia region.

We are seeking a motivated Risk and Assurance Advisor to join our growing Advisory team in Singapore where you’ll work alongside purpose driven, high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs across sectors in the APNA region.

Your role will also work closely with Project teams to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects as the go to technical Risk and Assurance specialist. Your responsibilities also expand in areas such as

• Specialist risk discipline support for project teams to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery of major projects, and Partnership/Client Deliverables.
• Interface with clients, project managers and design managers to achieve risk identification and control integration with the wider project teams.
• Understand and apply relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and guidelines.
• Adding value by analysing project data and metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conducting both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment to support informed and evidence-based decision-making.
• Interface with project managers, design managers and commercial managers to achieve risk identification and control integration with the wider project teams.
• Support in creating, developing, and embedding technical excellence across the practice.

Candidate Specification

What You Will Bring To The Team

• A commitment to client centricity, enabling positive, collaborative, respectful and inclusive team environments.
• Capable of managing risks and issues in a large scale, dynamic, complex operating environment.
• Mentor junior members of staff and upskill them as future leaders.
• Completion of Post Graduate risk specialisation courses may be an advantage.
• 10-15 years’ experience where management of quality and risk objectives are key.
• Ability to use quantitative risk analysis tools for cost and schedule risk analysis (e.g. @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, for example Engineering or Science qualifications or related discipline.
• Membership to relevant professional bodies such as RMIA, RIMS, IRM, IEAust [RES].
• Exposure to the provision and interpretation of Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis on complex programmes is desirable.
