Today, We are seeking a Construction Site Manager

As a Construction Site Manager, you should have three or more years of experience as a Construction Site Manager. In this job, you will be responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time, within budget, and in quality.

About the Construction Site Manager:

This position will be a critical role to manage the Real Estate project on-site and also build the program. Based in Tabanan, Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Develop a comprehensive project plan to share with clients and other staff members
• Carry out other related tasks assigned
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Able to communicate in English
• Ensures cost-effective operations for a project or a company's overall business model
