Today, We are seeking a Mess Coordinator.

Responbilities:

• Assumes responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.
• Be responsible for checking in and out of workers who stay in the accommodation and
• Ensure Worker’s Accommodation complies with standard living guidelines
• Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry,
• From camp participation (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
• Assumes responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel, liaise with our
• Supervises and orients camp staff.
• Meticulously maintain the records.
• Inspects all facilities and collects breakage fees.
• Makes arrangements for disposal of garbage.
• Security Department.
• Assumes responsibility for inventory and ordering of equipments and supplies.
• Maintains required health records to ensure proper payment of accident claims resulting
• Maintains liaison with medical doctors in the area.
• Cleaning, and electrical duties when required.

Requirement:

• Considerable knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Ability to maintain Tenancy records.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the workers/occupants, and the other related Departments.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Minimum vocational high school
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to supervise the work of others.
• Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment.
• Eye for detail.
