Project Management Executive Jobs

The candidate will be handling project-based work, Mostly on a large scale. Examples of the projects would be: opening up a new branch of a retail store, Implementing New ERP, and Implementing New Internal chat tools.

The ideal fit for this position would be someone which been a project manager before with a skill for detailed reporting, excellent negotiation & outstanding communication skills. This position will report directly to the Business development director and thus is a perfect fit for someone who has a high IQ and EQ and wants to learn a lot.

Responsibilities

• Source the most value-for-money vendor to work on the project
• Prepare a post-project review on what are the biggest hurdles. what could be significantly improved?
• Oversee the whole execution from the Project draft until post-implementation review.
• Create financial budgeting (if required) for each project
• Update weekly the state of ongoing projects to the Direct superior via Weekly meeting
• Will be the project manager for numerous projects as stated in the description
• Negotiate with vendors for the price & time estimated to complete the project
• Set the timeline & delegate the task to each member of the team
• Assemble a project team that include people from different division of the company
• Create a Presentation to socialize summaries of the project to the BOD (Scope, objective, budget, timeline, key team)
• Act Fast & Communicate to the vendor/team member if something goes wrong and needs instant revision

Qualifications

• Well connected & smart
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills
• Reputable University Graduates with min 3.0 GPA
• Experience as a PM in previous Career would be a plus point
• Don't mind being contacted on Saturday
• Experience in Project management in Organization / Univerity would be a plus point
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
