JOB DESCRIPTION
Defining, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development team, marketing, and sales, also identifying market opportunities and conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. - - - - - Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the specific industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and launching products from ideation to market.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
