Associate Product Manager - Search

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support other teams on their initiatives, programs, and projects that need visibility and discoverability in search pages
• Create product requirements, product delivery, and project execution for all stakeholders
• Responsible for delivering a sort and filter experience on the search result page
• Responsible for maintaining the search result to comply with Tokopedia policy, risk, and government rules
• Drive product vision and prioritize the roadmap of search core matching
• Responsible for getting the right products and relevance of the search result page
• Responsible for storing the right product information from shops and other stakeholders

What You Will Need

• At least 1 year of experience in product management
• Independent individual, curious in mind, and proactive to make things happen
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
• A problem solver with a clear structure and analytical thinking
• Basic knowledge of data product management tools and Google Workbook
• Possess a good communication skill, both verbally and in writing
• Background in computer engineering/development and working with distributed teams are highly desired
