We are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing blockchain products. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and driving the adoption of our TCNC product in your home country. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with the trends of your local market,

Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback for product enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target audience segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling and persuasive marketing content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of TCNC.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for promoting the TCNC in your country.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners, to maximize exposure and expand the reach of TCNC.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology.
• Fluency in Bahasa/Indonesian, Conversational level English.
• Knowledge of your country’s securities market landscape and cultural nuances would be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or Proven experience in product marketing, specifically in the blockchain industry.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
