Graduate of any engineering, marketing or business management course

Advanced MS Office Skills to independently manage information and develop presentations

At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in a reputable company

Experience working in the Hardware/Consumer Durables industry serving both modern and traditional retail channels is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues

Highly effective cross-functional team management

Overseas payment and cash management solutions for businesses - simplified

Experience in Fintech Industry preferred

Reporting to management and providing advice regarding future brand activities and planning

Providing leadership and proven good management

At least 3 years experience as Brand/ Marketing/ Public Relation Manager in lifestyle industry (wine & spirit) and/ retail business

Strategic thinking and innovation skill

Planing & Execution of the brand strategy, guidelines & promotional activities to establish and maintain company branding

Collecting, interpreting and reviewing brand development information and managing marketing budget

Be Able To Understand And Internalize Product Features, User Experience, Business Value And Market Implications From A Marketing Perspective

Preferred experiences within an E-commerce business or consumer technology company

Bachelor degree from a reputable university with good grade GPA

Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed

Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each salesperson. Ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

Menjaga kualitas packaging dan packing sehingga sampai ke customer dengan kondisi yang maksimal.
