Eir - Product Marketing

We are seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as EiR (Entrepreneur-in-Residence) in the Product Marketing department. This role encompasses three key positions: Affiliate Manager, On-boarding & Activation Specialist, and Retention Specialist. As an EiR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and engagement for our fantasy football app, GPL.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Manager: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive user acquisition and retention. Identify and onboard strategic partners, track performance, and optimize campaigns to maximize results.
• On-boarding & Activation Specialist: Design and implement on-boarding strategies and user activation campaigns to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Analyze user behavior, optimize user journeys, and drive user engagement through personalized communication and product education.
• Retention Specialist: Develop and execute retention strategies to increase user loyalty and minimize churn. Analyze user feedback, conduct user segmentation, and implement targeted retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, personalized offers, and in-app engagement campaigns.

Requirements:

• Passion for sports, especially football, and a good understanding of the fantasy football industry.
• Proven experience in product marketing, affiliate management, user on-boarding, or retention marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
