Product Support (Presales)
The Role and Responbility
- Meeting with clients to determine solution/products requirements
- Gathering information from customer to identify customer's needs
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
- Support sales team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance
- Analyzing, developing and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments).
- Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
- Doing demo or proof of concept
- Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specification) to provide technical solutions
- Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers.
- Manage relationship with principal
- Maintain partnership level and certification requirements as well.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Associate/professional Certified in Network/Security is preferable
- Having knowledge in Network & Security Products/Technology is a must
- Having technology experience in product such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco,F5 is advantage
- Proven consultation skill with good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent in English is a must (written and oral)
- Can work individually and in a team
- High integrity, commited and responsible person
- Able to work under pressure.
- Fast learner and have attention to detail
