Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • All must be documented properly in order to have complete tracking and assessed priority.\
  • Escalation must be done immediately for any critical issues. Definition of critical issues are TBD.
  • All must be documented properly in order to have complete tracking and assessed priority.
  • Building a comprehensive flow to manage issues from user or internal stakeholders.
  • Basic level performance monitoring.
  • Double checking issues for validation.
  • Provide clear communication on each issue whether it can be validated and give clear expectations.
  • Regular checking on some basic level performance i.e. uptime and spams.
  • Responding to feedback on the Community group in Whatsapp group.
  • Scopes: Yummy app community and 11 IDN Times community groups
  • Responding to all feedback and reviews on PlayStore and AppStore.


Requirements:

  • Have been work as customer service and first level support
  • Based in Jakarta
  • Can maintain confidential data
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (IT will be preferred)
