About The Company

Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

  • Troubleshooting notebook’s hardware, such as RAM, Hardisk, VGA
  • Technical documentations of hardware and software
  • Analyzing, diagnosing, and installation to several areas including desktop hardware, operating systems, application software and hardware, network connectivity, printers, scanners, and any related problems
  • Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user
Requirements


  • Has experience with CCTV (installing, troubleshooting, monitoring)
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in related field
  • Has a good attitude and pleasant personality
  • Has experience in Mikrotik (bandwidth management, load balancing, failover)
  • Has knowledge in operating system (windows, linux, mac)
  • Has a good analytical & logical thinking
  • Has a good communication skills with people at all levels
  • Fast learner
  • Education background Bachelor of Computer Science/Information System
