Freelance It Support Jobs

Gimbal Zen is currently on the lookout for someone who can provide IT support on a freelance basis. At the beginning, we're aiming for about 10 hours of work each week, but that could change depending on how things go. It's important that you're available between 9:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon (our time zone is GMT +7).

Responsibilities

Provides technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware issues.

• Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction while managing employee workstations, desktops, and home networking equipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Work with other departments to resolve complex IT issues
• Document customer issues and resolutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 1+ years of experience in IT customer support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English languages
