Job Description

We are looking candidate for Onsite IT specialist (SAP MM/ PP) role with Axalta Coating System.



Position: - Onsite IT specialist (SAP MM/ PP)



Location: - Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia



OVERVIEW:


This position assists Indonesia plant with IT technical support and extend the capacity to Malaysia plant for ERP (Microsoft Dynamic) support.



  • Extend role to site overall IT affairs which included the IT security compliance, Infrastructure, network, End User Computing, applications software.
  • Major role in S4 Hanna MM / PP model support for supply chain and operations.



RESPONSIBLITIES:


  • Optimize local supply chain and operation working process.
  • Manage local IT demand, lead local IT project to support business growth.
  • Be a key player to work with Global Service desk or regional/global IT function team to address local IT affairs and demand. Included the desktop, laptop, Network, printers, office 365.
  • Local IT Vendor Management and coordination.
  • Maintaining inventory of site IT assets.
  • Be a key coordinator to connect global and regional S4 team to address local ERP problems.
  • Remote support to roaming employees, Customers and dealers



QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE


  • English language skill(is a must)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic ERP is a big plus.
  • Experiences in S4 Hana MM or MFG operation support.
  • Experience on troubleshooting for general IT hardware and software issues
