Job Description

Requirements :


  • Willing to work in shifts and ability to cover after-office hours support if there are any issues
  • Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
  • Familiar setup and configuration Active Directory, and network-attached storage (NAS).
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
  • Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
  • Professional Certification Fortinet NSE/CCNA/MTCNA is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic SQL is a plus.
  • Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Familiar setup and configuration of Network devices such as firewall, switch, router, IP phones, wireless controller, and access points using Fortinet, Unifi, and Mikrotik.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows, Linux, and macOS)
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Attitude, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.


Responsibilities :


  • Monitor Mikrotik Router and Switch ( ISP link, Trafic, Routing, Firewall, Queue, Looping detection)
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the chat platform or by the phone)
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests by resolve IT Ticketing System on Spiceworks
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems (Linux, MacOS & Windows) , VoIP, networks (WAN, WLAN & LAN)
  • Update IT Asset documentation
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Report any networking issue to IT Supervisor, IT Infrastructure or IT Manager
  • Testing new technology
  • Preventive maintenance every 3 months
  • Provide, help and setup IT equipments for event. (eg laptop, projector, sound system, TV, etc)
  • Possibly training more junior staff members
  • Coordination with IT Supervisor or IT Manager for creating accounts / access for new joiner : Email, Office 365 Wagiman, Finger Print, Slack and Quip.
  • Maintenance CCTV, photocopy, IP Camera, and Algotex Pattern Printer, QR printers, QR scanners and handheld scanner
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary ( computer, laptop parts and printer )
