Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
  • Establish accounts for new and/or existing users and assist them to get to know how to operate.
  • Managing IT assets of equipment and components.
  • Maintains records and databases containing information regarding asset management & licenses for the organizations hardware and software.
  • Install and configure software and hardware systems on IT devices.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Requirements


  • Problem solving to determine the problem and find an effective solution.
  • Proactive, fast response and have a sense of urgency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support & Asset Management.
  • Proficiency in setting & operating Google Suite and Office 365.
  • Proficiency in setting & operating IT networks (such as Mikrotik, Unify, Engenius, CCTV, IPPBX).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks/projects.
  • Willingness to work with high mobilization.
  • Self-organized, detail oriented and team oriented.
