About our client:

The company operates in the field of selling mobile phones, laptops, and various brands of gadgets. They conduct sales both online and offline throughout Indonesia.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support
2. Able to troubleshoot computer devices, both hardware and software.
3. Understanding of intranet/internet network issues.
4. Always up to date with IT developments.
5. Capable of performing installation and servicing of laptops, computers (including assembling), mobile phones, and CCTV.
6. Understanding of operating supporting devices such as printers, scanners, etc.
7. Willingness to assist in resolving electronic device-related matters.

You'll be responsible for the following:

1. Preparing and installing the required software (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) for users to use in their work.
2. Ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment, programs, and internet connections through maintenance.
3. Resolving IT equipment problems (laptops, printers, mice/accessories, mobile phones, CCTV), programs, and internet connections.
4. Managing and reporting IT equipment inventory;
5. And other job responsibilities within the scope of the position.
