Job Overview
As a Customer support specialist, you will be responsible for replying to all comments and messages on Instagram, Facebook, Learnworlds.
This role is suitable for an energetic, highly motivated, and enthusiastic candidate with the knowledge of English, computers, and social media. The position is available part-time, working 2 days per week - Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities

• Communicating with potential customers in a friendly manner, trying to convert them into clients
• Replying to all comments and messages on social media and learning platforms in a timely manner
• Keeping management and sales team updated

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Understanding of computer and social media
• Ability to work in the office in Kemayoran, Jakarta
• Written and spoken English
• Highly organized person
