We are looking for dedicated IT support with experience in the educational sector:

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Provide instructions and training for students.
• Perform tasks related to system administration.
• Resolve internal departments’ problems.
• Do repetitive tasks with attention and focus on details.
• The applicant must be fluent in Arabic.
• Follow up with students for any inquiries.
• Be on call for any issues.
• Work on Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems or any required solution for educational organizations.
• Work experience related to the education sector is preferred.
• Receive and work on students’ problems.
• High adaptability to change that may occur in the workflow.
• Be flexible to work in different times.
