This is our Customer Support Specialist (APAC market) role for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world.


Tasks in the role


  • Advising our customers online. From basics to the full functionality to benefit from Semrush services.
  • Supporting users via email, phone, and chats.
  • Participating in internal projects on process improvements and internal company-wide projects.
  • Providing internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.


Who we are looking for


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems fast by looking into the details and deep research
  • Ability to work independently and become a self-problem solver
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with no supervision
  • Native/near-native written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.

  • Customer-facing experience in SaaS or MarTech is a strong plus.
  • Another fluent language is a big plus: Italian/German/Spanish/Portuguese.

APAC team provides support to clients via email and phones too which is adjusted to cover the working time of the Australian market.
