Job Description
Solutions Engineer will be working closely with the Business Development Directors and Customer Success Managers to lead the technical discussions from sales demonstrations to onboarding process and thereafter. You will be the bridge between the sales team and the tech team to facilitate and/or deliver POC setup, give demos on SDK and API features of Liminal infrastructure, and also act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing customers’ technical queries.


Additionally, you will be working on the long-term strategy of technical sales, as well as making recommendations to the product roadmap based on the feedback from potential and existing customers.


Solutions Engineer will be reporting to the Associate Director, Customer Success.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand and communicate the wallet infrastructure requirements of the potential clients
  • Gathering feedback from potential and existing clients on potential product improvements, and communicating the findings to the product and technical teams
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to provide in-depth technical presentations to existing clients
  • Supporting the sales team for technical demonstrations and onboarding process
  • Aiding the overall GTM strategy of the sales team
  • Working closely with the Business Development Directors and other internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Delivering tailored demonstrations to match the different requirements of potential clients


Requirements


  • Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript is a bonus but not a mandatory requirement
  • Confident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills
  • 2+ years experience as an accomplished Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto/blockchain organizations.
  • Client facing experience is a must
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; being fluent in any of the South East Asian or North East Asian languages is a bonus
  • Talented in storytelling and presenting technical demonstrations.
  • In-depth understanding of APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, databases, and developer tools.
  • Experience in blockchain wallet infrastructure and/or custody is not mandatory but will be preferred
  • Should have experience with SDK, API and integrations
  • Capable of engaging in strategic and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Able to communicate effectively technical knowledge and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences
