Product Manager (Healthcare) Jobs

Job Summary :

Responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

General Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and key customers
• Manage new product launches, including product pricing, product launch plans, roll-out timings, sample preparations (where applicable), display standards, etc.
• Prepare product forecasts and constantly monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply
• Make sure sales team and customers understand company products by conducting product training and socialization.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and make new plans to achieve sales targets
• Analyzing customer satisfaction towards company products.
• Act as the first point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to address any issues that may arise
• In collaboration with sales and merchandising teams, engage with customers to review and drive marketing campaigns

Job Requirements :

• Demonstrate understanding of consumer experience, market trends and healthcare regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related majors
• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role especially in managing sales of medical products (otc, ethicals, medical devices)
• Demonstrate strong customer acquisition, management and communication skills
• Minimum three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
• Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
