Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Implement MIFX compliance strategy.
2. Monitor all licensing and its follow up actions.
3. Handling report to Authority as monthly report, quarterly report and yearly report.
4. Drafting Company's SOP, review, and evaluate Company’s SOP/policies to identify hidden risks or common issues and provide recommendations.
5. Handling customer complain.
6. Collaborate with Senior Compliance Staff to handling audit of authority.
7. Supporting and research for develop AML Program.
8. Supporting and research for develop Data Protection Program.
9. Actively collaborate with other division or department to create a culture of compliance.
10. Actively collaborate and built relationship with government institutions and authority i.e. Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti), Futures Exchanges, Clearing Institutions and Association.
11. Reporting to Head of Legal & Compliance related pending issues, issues for discuss and issue resolved.

What you will need:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, majoring in Law.
2. At least have 2 years of proven working experience in the relevant position, working in financial industry is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skill with end mind of regulatory and risk perspectives.
4. Highly interested with regulatory law, advance level in compliance review, drafting and administration.
5. Certified compliance professional is a plus.
6. Has Critical and conceptual thinking, Business acumen
7. Has a strong Communication and negotiation skill
8. Has basic English proficiency
9. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
10. High attention to details & organized
11. Working under strict confidentiality
