System Compliance Officer Jobs

Excellent organizational & time-management skills

Inform and train management and employees about compliance-related matters

Keep up to date with prevailing regulatory requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Compliance function within the capital market

Experience in reviewing or building a company’s compliance framework

Experience in assessing a company's compliance report for regulatory audits

Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization and create risk management strategies.

Prior experience in a compliance-related role or relevant industry experience is beneficial.

Able to communicate complex regulations and compliance requirements to employees at all levels of the organization.

Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Develop and update policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Conducting Compliance Reporting to stakeholders (Internal Purpose/management, Corporate and Government), validate and ensure its accuracy and timely reporting.

Conducting audit program to the evaluate implementation of HS Management system according to FCX/PTFI Policy and statutory regulation.

Implementing and evaluating Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) based on FCX/PTFI policy and statutory regulation.

Have a Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) Auditor - MINERBA Registered

Understand the overall Finance regulation in Yayasan IPAS Indonesia

Bachelor Degree in relevant field (reproductive health or public health) with more than 3 years of working experience in development work.

Experience working in a non-profit organization.

Deep knowledge of Health System and Reproductive Health issues with orientation towards improving the space for health

Fluent in Indonesian and working knowledge of English

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
