This role will be reporting to the Compliance Manager - Legal & Compliance Division.

Main Function

Monitoring risks that may arise against the company, ensuring that the company's business activities are within the corridors of applicable laws and regulations, and coordinating and reporting to regulators.

Job Responsibility

• Assess the company's internal policies.
• Always ensure the enforceability of new regulations that have an impact on the company.
• Ensure the implementation of AML CFT program in the company environment.
• Educating company employees on new policies or regulations that have an impact on the company.
• Prepare all data needed to report to regulators, both routine and incidental.
• Monitoring business processes in the company.
• Conduct an inventory of documents related to company compliance.

Job Requirement

• Have good communication skills both written and oral
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Have at least 1 year experience in compliance
• Possess knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.
