The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Take care of the "Halal" certification process of the product.
• Check for products (including formulation, ingredients, packaging, and labeling)
• Responsible for Product Information Files of New products according to Indonesian regulations or customer requirements.
• Raw material document control.
• Follow up postponed product updating notification/registration database.
• Request new product launching registration document.
• PSA for Cosmetics, Homecare, and Medical Devices
• Collect all notification and registration certificates from BPOM and MoH.
• Production report to BPOM & MOH per semester
• Support all regulatory issues relevant to customer inquiries: such as product claim, ingredients lists, CFS, document legalization, etc
• Maintain the regulatory database of global/local and customer regulations in cosmetics.
• Support the PV implementation

Ideal Profile

• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacist
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You possess excellent communication and business partnering skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
