Responsibilites

• Supporting Head of Legal Compliance in liaising with respective stakeholders (Finance, Sales and Sales Operations) across the Group.
• Ensuring and confirm the completeness of KYC before onboarding process
• Review Shippers/ customer Legal documents before onboarding and use Ninja Van services.
• Maintain and update the status of KYC Documents
• Manage/monitor KYC tracker.
• Prepare report for each country’s stakeholders on KYC progress and updates
• Support legal administration process and coordinate with other legal team members (manage database Commercial/Non Commercial agreement database)
• Review KYC documents according to the KYC policy and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent English Verbal and written
• Excellent observational skills
• Bachelor Degree - Law (S1) - Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Spreadsheet/excel sheet proficiency
• Strong communication and analytical skills
