• Deliver and execute IFRS 17 project road map and plan that determined by PCA.
• Establish good people engagement within the team and also cross functions engagement.
• Develop clear succession plan and ensure each of Direct Report properly manage the sharing knowledge and capability, and to establish robust back-up plan. Establish clear plan on regular job rotation for each of staffs.
• Manage and supervise the IFRS 17 project road map by working closely with all the project workstreams and functions (Actuary, IT, Accounting), PLA management, and PCA to ensure the project objectives and action plans can be delivered timely and successfully (refers to and follow IFRS 17 project road map and plan that determined by PCA).Lead the financial methodology and implementation and participate in regional discussion and contribute to the reviewing and building of regional solutions.
• Being seen as the expert in the industry, to steer and lead the IFRS 17 implementation in Indonesia so that it is consistent with Prudential's regional solutions.
