Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Observe and assess the existing condition in Business Transaction and providing recommendation to area of improvement based on the agreed Policy, Framework and Guidelines.
  • Develop a clear baseline for the Eden Farm Business in a Policy, Framework, Contract as well as other documents by considering the Regulatory requirements.
  • Perform a regular update to the Policy, Framework, Contract Procedure as well as other documents to be able to accomodate any changes as well as new threats and vulnerabilities for the company.
  • Continuously working closely with all Eden Farm business units and/or Internal Audit to identify operational risks in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements e.g. Key Risk Indicators, introduce the corresponding controls and monitor its implementation.
  • Identify the regulations that are relevant for the existing and new business line for the company to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and standards expected by the local regulators.
  • Follow up on fraud events to be sanctioned or undergo legal proceedings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree any mayor.
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with COSO Framework is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be placed in EdenFarm Jakarta (Lippo St. Moritz, West Jakarta)
  • At least 2 year of working experience in related field
  • Excellent working speed, well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent team work, communication, presentation, Ms.excel, and interpersonal skills
  • Have a background in Banking or Financial company is a plus
