Commercial Construction Manager - Healthcare Remodel Superintendent

With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a knowledgeable Superintendent/Construction Manager to join our team to provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects. This leadership opportunity will be a part of our Special Projects business unit, which largely focuses on interior renovation projects for commercial businesses, as well as healthcare projects in and around Sioux Falls, SD. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. Qualified Candidates Will Have

• At least 5 years' experience in construction. Hands on experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile technologies.
• Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management.
• Professional communication skills a must!
