Demonstrate understanding of consumer experience, market trends and healthcare regulations

Prepare product forecasts and constantly monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply

Experience operating with senior/executive management teams

Strong process and project management skills

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

Tertiary qualification in a life-sciences or health-care discipline with a tier one institutions.

Experience in analytics, market access, pricing or product launch and commercial due diligence in a life sciences or healthcare environment.

Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.

Strategic options analysis and evaluation: working with clients to understand and shape strategic options ahead of key investment decisions.

Stimulating innovation: helping clients to identify new ways of working that will stimulate innovation and growth, and lead to better decision-making.

Market analysis: traditional evidence-led analysis to identify market development opportunities to support client strategies.

Executing meeting Sales Revenue/no of volume/no of Shipper objectives or portfolio level via retention or lapse

Designs pieces of complex compensation programs, resulting in significant and long-term changes to the company’s compensation offerings and policies

Manage day-to-day market intelligence processes, including survey submission and collection

Plan implementation of rewards initiatives that manage competitiveness and affordability,

5+ Years of compensation or total rewards experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Provide subject matter expertise and design input into various rewards projects

Project Management qualification such as Prince2 , PMP or PMI

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management.
