Role: Project Manager

Based in: Indonesia

My client is global leader in healthcare information system (HIS) and electronic medical records (EMR) platform for hospitals.

Role summary:

We are looking for Project Manager to join our growing team, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The candidate must have strong Healthcare IT background.

Responsibilities:

1) Manage project team members and influence, guide & direct them to take positive action and accountability

2) Manage the Project and the processes therein – including the definition and on-going monitoring of the Project Implementation Document (PID)

3) Define the project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

4) Produce the Project Implementation Plan

5) Produce and Manage the Project Plan

6) Produce and Manage the Quality Plan

7) Produce and Manage the Communications Plan

8) Define the resource plan

9) Represent the needs of the Implementation Team during the pre-sales stage

10) Carry out resource planning and management

11) Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues

12) Manage the project budget

13) Ensure that the project team members are aware of and remain compliant with all the relevant procedures and policies

14) Proactively manage changes in project scope throughout the project

15) Ensure appropriate communication between the members of the project team and report on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders

16) Lead the ‘handover to support’ activities after go-live

17) Lead the ‘lessons learned’ activities for whole project life cycle

18) Produce the Project Closure Report

Requirements:

1) Project Management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated Healthcare solutions in customer facing role

2) Experience of full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, go-live and closure

3) Direct healthcare knowledge or 3+ years’ experience with an HIS or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) system highly preferred

4) Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets and forecasting

5) Experience leading a diverse / multi-disciplined team

6) Experience communicating across all levels of an organization

7) An understanding of hospital procedures, standard working practices, structure and politics

8) Previous experience as an end user of an integrated health system

9) Clinical experience or background – ideally as a user of the company’s product or other HIS applications

10)Experience with integrated implementations

11)Broad understanding of IT technical implementation-delivery

12)Senior level management training

13)Familiar with using Microsoft Project

14)Business proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa required.

Education and Professional qualification:

• Technical knowledge in software and implementation processes
• Project Management qualification such as Prince2 , PMP or PMI
• University degree or 10+ years’ experience managing large, complex projects preferably in healthcare IT
