Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Oversee all aspects of projects.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate all project members and project collaborators for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Qualifications
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
- Exposure to product development is a plus
- PMP / PRINCE II Certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English communication is a must)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields or equivalent
- Familiar with project management tools.
- Minimum 2 years working experience, especially handling for banking project
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
