SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

• Position: IT Specialist
• Company: Deliveree, a logistics technology startup company
• Location: Kemang, South Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing pfSense router and Unifi Wi-Fi APs.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
• Managing PBX Elastix and softphones.
• Managing Google Drive file sharing service.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems
• Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time
• Managing Chromecast, projectors, and network printers.
• Maintaining IT assets and software licenses.
• Handling IT on-boarding of new employees / offboarding old employees.
• Managing Google Apps profiles and accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Experience with pfSense, Cisco, or Unifi is a plus
• Required undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with VoIP systems is a plus
• Good English, speaking and writing
• Networking knowledge (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Layer3 Switch, VPN)
• Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher
• 1+ years experience as a GSuite Administrator;
• Experience with Google Apps for Business is a plus
• Experience with all Jira services is a plus
