Job Description

s :

  • Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
  • Responsive services
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Analyze customer needs
  • Troubleshooting and solving customer's problems


Requirements:

  • Having CCNP certification is a must
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experienced in Hardware (Server)
  • Having knowledge and familiarity with Cisco products
  • Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, and networking
  • S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
  • Willing to be placed in a project-based contract for a year
  • Having min 5 years experience as a Network Engineer
