Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring the sales team.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Have 3 years of experience as a Business Manager in an IT Solution Company.
• Good communication in English.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
