It Business Enablement Jobs

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for IT Business Enablement who will be responsible for the following:

• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project delivers on schedule and within budget.
• Initiate to support development teams' various ongoing project
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets functional requirements
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Analyze project proposals to determine the time frame, funding limitations, and appropriate processes for accomplishing projects.
• Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Collaborate constantly with the senior management team and external parties to ensure alignment on goals
• Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Experience with Scrum/Agile project methodologies.
• Proficient in english is a must
• Strong in problem-solving, analytical skills, and logical approach
• Experience in web development is preferred
• Competent in project change management
• Familiar with funding, credit and requlatory for banking industry
• Experience in Open Banking or Application Programming Interface (API)
• Experience in one or more Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in IT or equivalent
• A team player, a fast learner, and good communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant/Project Management/Business Analyst or relevant role especially in the banking industry
