Resource Planning - Business Solution

Resource Planning Team is part of Logistic Strategy division. In this resource planning, there is a solution design team that provides consultation and rate card for commercial division. In addition, the solution design also involved and monitor the projects implementations to ensure the actual will run as planned.

Responsibilities

• Collects, maintains and perform analysis from available data for ad-hoc projects.
• Assistance for new clients during onboarding/implementation process.
• Working side by side with Commercial team, Operations and other related stakeholders to develop strategic pricing.
• Understand client’s needs (reading and establish Scope of Work) and break the complexity of project to possibly offer best potential solutions (pricing scheme).
• Produces a proposal for customers, consists of process design, layout, cost/pricing, and timeline design on a timely manner (meets deadlines).
• Conducts impact assessment post-implementation (understanding original design/plan vs actual).

Requirements

• Strong in understanding process flow and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, passionate and with high integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Preferably comes from Logistics, Consultant, or Public Accountant Company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English fluency is required).
• Min. 2-3 years experience in the logistics and/or supply chain related business solutions or continuous improvements.
• Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies in multi business operations.
• Bachelor degree with a background in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or Engineering.
