Corporate Solution Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales employee benefit to join our team. You will help our business by actively seeking and acquiring enterprise clients. Your job will be to reach out to potential clients and build relationships in order to look for new business prospects. You should have prior expertise generating leads, growing leads, and hitting sales goals for insurance brokers, health insurers, and employee benefits.
As Corporate Solution Specialists each day, you'll be...
- Uphold a positive working relationship with the client.
- Liable for selling Employee Benefit (EB) membership products to prospective or current clients.
- In charge of negotiating, selling, and managing connections with both new and existing clients.
- Fulfill the minimum call, appointment, and presentation frequency requirements that have been specified and agreed upon.
- Acquire new clients by creating chances through networking, cold calling, and seminars to produce " Hot leads" or prospects.
What we would like you to have...
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs).
- A track record of being an independent thinker and self-starter
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage, health insurance, or employee benefits.
- Proven capacity to persuade business decision-makers, such as principals/owners, top executives, chief financial officers, human resources management, etc., to purchase insurance.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to analyze and interpret quotes and plan designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties
- Ability to network and generate leads for sales
