Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Solution Advisor will be responsible for selling our CRM software (The Sales Machine) or Collaboration tools (Lark Suite) to potential clients, identifying, and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CRM software (The Sales Machine), its features, and benefits.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and understand customer needs and demonstrate how our software can effectively meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure customers make payment on time.
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in speaking Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin (will be a point plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience selling CRM software, Collaboration Tools or related technology products.
  • Knowledge of the industries and markets in which our software is used.
